The Organised
This is the person we all wish we could be. This person actually starts Christmas shopping in July, just like you promised yourself you were going to last year. The single shopping expedition is planned like a military campaign. The list of all people to receive presents is retrieved from the home filing cabinet (or computer in extreme cases) and updated. Then a copy is made, this will become the shopping list. A budget is planned, the 'present expenditure' being divided by the number of people on the list. Then alongside each name is written the present which that person will receive. All that remains now is to sort the list into order, so that each shop need only be visited once, and all are visited in a logical sequence. The whole thing is so well planned that the shopping trip lasts only one hour.
