The Trivial
Like the Staunch this person has no real feel for the current issues, but unlike the Staunch they have no set ideas.
One year it might be the colour of the candidate's hair, the cut of their clothes etc which is the deciding factor. Next year it is the opinions of someone at work. Opposition and minor parties tend to do well as the Trivial decides it is time they had a chance, or the party hasn't had a turn for a few years.
Occasionally a policy issue may slip through, for instance if a party proposes to change the background colour of motorway signs to orange, then the Trivial could be won over, despite the accent of the candidate.
